We abide by InterNACHI Standards of Practice during all of our inspection services. A Buyer’s Inspection helps home buyers come to a full understanding of a property’s condition and defects and make well-informed decisions about purchase, repair, and maintenance. We make our clients aware of issues present in the home at the time of the inspection so that no costly surprises pop up down the road after the property has already been purchased. As long as they are visible and safely accessible, the following areas of the home will be inspected:
Sellers can benefit greatly from having their home inspected before it is listed. A Pre-Listing Inspection can uncover issues that sellers may not be aware of, giving them the opportunity to address these before potential buyers see the home and schedule inspections of their own. Equipped with a detailed report on the home’s condition, sellers can increase their negotiating power and make the home more attractive to interested buyers.
11th Month Warranty Inspection
It is common for a newly constructed home to be sold with a 12-month builder’s warranty. This warranty typically covers the cost of constructional defects, so it is important to take advantage of the coverage while you can. We will thoroughly inspect the home to find any issues the warranty covers, giving owners plenty of time to request repairs and avoid unnecessary financial burdens later on.
