Helpful Advice for the First-Time Home Buyer and More
If you’re a first-time home buyer or someone else involved in a real estate transaction who wants to learn everything there is to know about your potential home, then you’ve come to the right place. At In-Focus Home Inspections, owned and operated by Certified Master Inspector (CMI) Dan Levia, we take our time with buyers to make sure that the information we provide about the home is something that they can put to use. At the inspection, all of your questions will be answered by a friendly inspector with over 18 years of experience in the industry. We will discuss the home’s condition, any issues that should be repaired before purchase, and give maintenance advice that will help you get the most out of your new home for years to come. Our inspections are offered seven days a week with evening availability, so call us to schedule your appointment today!
Now That You’ve Had a Home Inspection
After your home inspection, there is still a lot to learn about homeownership and the responsibilities that come along with it. We don’t leave you to figure it all out for yourself! Each client we work with will receive the book Now That You’ve Had a Home Inspection for free after their inspection. The book offers detailed information about each individual system in the home and how it works along with tips for proper home maintenance. It is our job to help you make the best decisions possible when it comes to taking care of your new property, so call us any time after the inspection is over if more questions come to mind!
Easy-to-Decipher Home Inspection Reports and Your Create Request List ™(CRL™) Tool
Within 24 hours of your inspection, you will be emailed access to a comprehensive home inspection report that is helpful and easy-to-decipher. In the report, which we generate using HomeGauge Software, we have included photographs, video as called for, and all of our findings from your inspection. Each report also includes a user-friendly tool called the Create Request List™ (CRL™). Instead of having to copy down each individual problem into your repair addendum, the CRL™ allows you to easily create an entire list directly from the report itself. Your realtor will be able to access the CRL™ and work on it as well, making communication a breeze.
